EAMS MEETING, MADRID 2006

As usual, the annual meeting of EAMS was held during the Congress of the European Society of Anaesthesiology www.euroanesthesia.org on 3-6th June 2006 in Madrid.

FORMATION OF COUNCIL

The Council was formed of one member from each Country and each Country was responsible for providing the Secretary with the name and contact details of the Council Member for that country. The Council Member must be a member of EAMS, be up-to-date with payment of the annual subscription and willing to fulfill the duties expected of the position.

COUNCIL MEETING AND ANNUAL DINNER

The Council Meeting was held in a conference room in the Sofitel hotel near to the ESA Conference Centre on Saturday 3rd June 17.30-19.15. Afterwards, in the same hotel, was the Annual Dinner for all EAMS members.

SCIENTIFIC MEETING

The Scientific Meeting was in the ESA Conference Centre on Sunday 4th June 2006.

European Airway Management Society (EAMS)

EAMS presented an all-day session on airway management at the ESA/EAA meeting on Sunday 6th June 2004. The meeting was held in the Vila Gale Hotel, about 100 metres from the main entrance of the Conference Centre across the car-park. Venue held 150 delegates.
